At Total Mechanical Systems, we never charge our clients for overtime repair calls. We understand that heating, cooling and plumbing systems require regular maintenance, attention, and upkeep, but that even with the best care and preventative services, emergencies can still happen.
We Respect Your Time
You didn’t ask for your A/C or heater system to break down—and you certainly didn’t schedule it or pick the time when a breakdown would occur! So, in our opinion, you shouldn’t have to pay through the nose just because your heating or cooling system happened to fail at an inconvenient time.
TMS will never charge you an overtime rate for any type of call, including those that occur on:
- Weekends
- Nights / evenings
- Holidays
- After hours
- Early morning
