Thank you very much for following through and obtaining and sending this registration information on the wall unit installed on April 30th. I must admit that you remain very calm under “customer pressure,” and I am very grateful for your persistence. I am sorry for the many calls and my sometimes impatience with the process. However, you are to be acknowledged for your “excellent customer service.”
Right now, the unit works very well delivering cool air…it is both immediate and very comfortable. The real proof will be when the cold weather arrives and I try the heating unit again. If it works like the cooling…I will be very satisfied. As they say “all’s well that ends well!????????
